WROUGHT IRON FENCE: THE CONCORD

The Concord Fence Panel features consecutive rings, 3 horizontal frame members, round spear point finials, 6 universal mounting brackets, and welded joints. Panel is 8 ft. by 5 ft. 6 in. Price varies by quantity purchased.

Fence posts are ordered separately and include a ball top finial. Simply set our posts in concrete 8 ft. apart, slip the mounting brackets into the horizontal frame at the ends and tap screw into the steel post. The Essex fence panel also mounts easily to masonry pillars or other suitable mounting surfaces.

Standard Fence Brackets

We design and manufacture our Fence Brackets for ease of installation and a very clean look. Most other fence panels attach with wrap around the post brackets which detract from an old world wrought iron look. Our slip brackets are hardly seen in the finished fence.

All brackets are powder coated steel and attach to the post with self tapping screws (not included). Enough brackets are included with every fence panel ordered.

Swivel Brackets for Non-linear Fence

The swivel brackets are used to connect fence panel to post when the fence line is curved. This allows the fence panel to be installed in a different direction from the preceeding panel.

WHY NOT USE ALUMINUM FENCE?

While aluminum fence has become popular for property enclosures due to its corrosion resistance and weight, steel is a stronger alternative. With a chemically bonded powder coated finish and zinc phosphate undercoat, a steel fence panel will outlast an aluminum panel. By using steel construction, we are able provide 8 ft widths without sag under weight or stress. This allows for fewer post holes and less labor!

FENCE PANEL DETAILS & FENCE POSTS

Most fence panels are 8 ft. wide x 5 1/2 ft. high with pickets 6 in. on center (except pool fence). Fence construction material is steel with a zinc phosphate undercoat and a baked on Black powder coat finish. The panels have square tube frame members that are center punched for through picket construction. All joints are welded. All fence panels come with spear point finials and universal mounting brackets designed make installation a snap. Fence posts are 2 1/2 in. square x 8 ft. 10 in. and include a ball top finial. Posts are ordered separately.

Our fence panels offer the wrought iron fence look without the fuss or the higher cost.

FENCE INSTALLATION

Our fence panels are designed to be installed by a Do-It-Yourselfer on the weekend or a professional contractor. Simply set our posts in concrete 8 ft. apart, slip the mounting brackets into the horizontal frame at the ends and tap screw into the steel post. Panels can be ordered with a Hot Dipped Galvanized undercoat with powder coat finish. (Standard for Pool Fence)

Custom sizes can be ordered for jobs over 500 ft.

Fence Panels can be special ordered in the following powder coat colors: Hartford Green, Statuary Bronze or Spice Rust.
